Mobility coaching isn’t about chasing flexibility for the sake of it. It’s about helping you move through life. Sitting, walking, reaching, standing, stretching — with more freedom, less pain, and better posture.

I specialize in a more personalized form of movement coaching using a method called resistance stretching. It’s gentle, effective, and designed to actually help you feel the difference in your body — even after one session.

Mobility coaching is different from yoga, massage, or traditional workouts. Here’s what it can help with:

What Happens in a Session?

Every session is one-on-one and customized.

🌀 Assessment & Conversation
We start by talking about what’s going on in your body — posture, pain, daily habits, emotional stress, and movement patterns.

🌀 Guided Resistance Stretching
I’ll guide you through movements while gently resisting your motion. You’ll stay actively engaged while I support and coach you. It’s a partnership.

🌀 Personalized Mobility Drills
You’ll learn techniques you can do at home to reinforce progress between sessions — no equipment needed.

FAQs

Is this like physical therapy?
Not exactly. It’s movement-focused and proactive, rather than rehab-focused. But many clients use it to complement PT or after recovery.

What should I wear?
Comfy clothes you can move in — like leggings, joggers, or shorts. You’ll be doing light movement on a mat or table. Please be mindful and avoid wearing revealing clothing. Socks are mandatory.

Do I need to be in shape for this?
Not at all. This work is designed for real bodies — stiff, tired, overworked, or unsure where to start.

How many sessions do I need?
That depends on your goals! Many clients feel a shift after just one session. We’ll create a plan based on what your body needs most.

Is this private or in a group?
All sessions are one-on-one, in a calm and welcoming space where you can relax and be yourself.
